It is cozy, staff are very friendly, it is very close to various ways of transportation (tram, metro).. Location is so good, kids enjoyed garden near by, supermarkets very close I would definitely come back soon ☺️

Breakfast included, very comfy beds and perfect location to walk in Sultanahmet. They provided toiletries and towels

STAFF they were amazing. They stayed up late for me. They offered to arrange taxis for me so I didn’t get ripped off during the champions league final. Murat who works there deserves a special mention. Anything I ask him gets done right away. Always offer me help. Gave me his personal WhatsApp. Offered me great local food recommendations. Really good guy.

The breakfast was very good and the portions was very satisfying the staff was very friendly and polite (they offer to us free breakfast for one day for me and my other two friends) the hotel was very clean and near to all the public transportations (bus, metro & tram)

the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially the person who greeted us and escorted us out of the hotel and procured ice for us. we got a better room after a few days without extra charge

The staff very friendly and oriented to find the best solution for the guests. Very close to the bus station BN1 and also to tram, very good location. For the beginning we were stay in the underground room, that are not the best one but not the worst one, after one night we asked to change the room, because there were free rooms they change our room with a bigger and newest one. Nevertheless report price-quality is right on this hotel!
